The Approach

Most organisations know their communications need attention. What stops them acting is not knowing what happens next.

Here’s exactly what working with Green Thread looks like:

The steps

Discovery call (free, 30 minutes)

1

Tell me what’s not working. I’ll ask about your organisation, your audiences, and what you’re trying to achieve.

No preparation needed.

At the end of the call, I’ll tell you honestly what I think will help, and whether Green Thread is the right fit.

Website snapshot (free, 48-hour turnaround)

2

For most new clients, the right starting point is a free website snapshot. I review your website against a ten-section framework and send you a one page traffic light report with your top three priorities. No cost. No obligation. You can act on it yourself if you want to.

Agree the scope

3

If you want to go further, we agree what that looks like: a full audit, a project, a retainer, You’ll know what’s included, what it costs, and what you’ll have at the end, before anything starts.

The work

4

I deliver clear, prioritised recommedations, or I implement them directly, whichever suits you. Either way, you end up with something you can use straightaway, not a lengthy document that sits in a drawer as the team don’t have time to action it.

One-off, or ongoing if you need it. Some clients want a one-off audit. Others want ongoing support. Both are fine. There is no pressure to commit to more than you need.
